Key Coverage
Hospitalization & Surgical Benefit
1. Coverage for hospital room (RM160 daily, up to a maximum of 30 days).
2. Intensive Care Unit (RM160 daily, up to a maximum of 15 days).
3. Hospital Supplies and Services (up to RM1,200).
4. Operating Theatre Fees (up to RM1,000).
5. Specialist’s Fees (maximum of RM60 per visit, up to 30 visits).
6. In-Hospital Physician’s Visits.
7. Daycare Surgery, including necessary pre-hospitalization visits.
Maximum Annual Limit: RM20,000 per foreign worker for hospitalization and surgical benefits.
How Much Is My Premium?
The annual premium is RM120.00 per foreign worker (including RM10 Third Party Claims Administration fees).
Premium is inclusive of RM6.00 Stamp Duty and 6% Service Tax (where applicable).
What We Don’t Cover
| Pre-existing Conditions: | Any illness or condition that existed prior to the coverage period. |
| Pregnancy and Childbirth: | Any costs associated with pregnancy, childbirth, or miscarriage. |
| Non-Authorized Treatments: | Treatments outside authorized hospitals. |
| Self-Inflicted Injuries: | Injuries caused intentionally by the insured. |
| War, Invasion, Hostilities, or Civil Unrest: | Any damages or injuries caused by these scenarios. |
| Outpatient Treatment: | Except where specifically provided. |
| Any Expenses Incurred Outside Malaysia | |
